Ricciardi Brothers is a 39-store chain of Benjamin Moore paint and decorating stores with locations in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. The stores are the largest Benjamin Moore retailers in the U.S. “Ricciardi Brothers is a family owned and operated business,” said Ken Burkitt, the company’s district manager in Pennsylvania, South Jersey and Delaware.
The Falls Township Board of Supervisors this week cautiously reviewed land development plans for an age-restricted community on the former St. Joseph the Worker parcel prior to voting unanimously to grant preliminary and final land development approval.

Please be advised that PennDOT will begin construction on the Oxford Valley Road Bridge Project on or about October 31, 2016. Traffic restrictions will be implemented on Oxford Valley Road. Traffic will be maintained over Route 1 for the duration of the project with exceptions of intermittent closures/detours on Route 1 under Oxford Valley Road during nighttime operations to facilitate safe construction practices and requirements.
The Falls Township Board of Supervisors is working with its township engineer and floodplain administrator to obtain flood insurance reductions for residential properties previously deemed to be located in a floodplain.
Following diligent review and questions from the Falls Township Board of Supervisors, the governing body granted conditional use approval for an age-restricted community to be situated on a portion of the former St. Joseph the Worker parcel.
Snipes Farm is known for their Halloween tradition with hayrides to the pumpkin patch, land of the scarecrows and their GIANT corn maze. As this is one of the wonderful traditions that takes place at Snipes, located right here in Falls Township, they have so much more to offer than just that
Falls Township Police will hold its Great Shredder Event on Saturday, October 29, 2016 from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the front parking lot by the Police department. This is a free event. Shred your old documents (six bag/box) limit per person. This is open to Falls Township residents only. NO BUSINESSES.
The 2016 Fall Residential Bare Root Tree program is now offering 10 medium trees, Acer rubrum 'Autumn Radiance' (Autumn Radiance Red Maple), on a first come, first served basis. The height of these trees will reach approximately 30 to 50', possibly taller in ideal conditions. The cost of these trees are $25 each and the deadline for the application is Friday, November 4, 2016.
Falls Township would like to introduce a new directory that local businesses can apply for and be added. This will make searching for companies in our Township that much easier. Hopefully this will be a great resource for residents and businesses alike, and keep the spending local!
The Zoning Hearing Board has been rescheduled from Tuesday, November 8, 2016 to Thursday, November 10, 2016 due to Election day. The meeting will be held in the Public Meeting room at 7:00 p.m.
