The Falls Supervisors on Monday greenlighted two industrial expansion projects.

The first, PGE Rentals, received preliminary and final land development approval to construct an expansion of the existing parking area to house more vehicles, as well as outside areas where equipment is fitted or repaired. The company, which is located on a 4.05-acre site in the planned industrial park zoning district, provides vehicles and equipment for railroads, transit authorities, and utilities and contractors throughout North America.

In other business, the board granted a waiver of land development for Silvi Concrete to construct a 2,900-square-foot building addition for the office area, along with site improvements such as additional parking and restriping of the parking area.
