NOTICE REORGANIZATION MEETING OF FALLS TOWNSHIP BOARD OF SUPERVISORS

Notice is hereby given that on January 6, 2025, at 5:00 p.m., the Falls Township Board of Supervisors will hold its reorganization meeting for the 2025 calendar year, and any other matter that comes before the Board of Supervisors, as set forth on the agenda posted on the Township’s website, at www.fallstwp.com. The reorganization meeting shall be held in a hybrid format, with the in-person component to take place at 450 Lincoln Highway, Fairless Hills, Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Members of the public are permitted to attend the meeting in person. Members of the public are also permitted to attend and to participate in the meeting through a virtual format as set forth on the Falls Township website. If a member of the public would like to participate but requires assistance or accommodation, please contact the Township at m.takita@fallstwp.com or (215) 949-9001 prior to 10:00 a.m. on the day of the meeting.

2024 MEETINGS OF THE FALLS TOWNSHIP BOARD OF SUPERVISORS

Notice is hereby given that the Falls Township Board of Supervisors will hold its regularly scheduled meetings in the 2024 calendar year as follows:

Workshop meetings will be held the second Tuesday of each month at 5:30 p.m., as further set forth on the agenda posted on the Township’s website, at www.fallstwp.com.  The workshop meetings shall take place at the Temporary Township Building, 450 Lincoln Highway, Fairless Hills, Bucks County, PA.

The regularly scheduled business meetings will be held the fourth Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m., as further set forth on the agenda posted on the Township’s website, at www.fallstwp.com.  Until further notice, the 2024 meetings shall be held in a hybrid format, with the in-person component to take place at the Middletown Township Municipal Building, 3 Municipal Way, Langhorne, PA 19047.

Members of the public are permitted to attend the meetings in person, provided that all safety measures, as available on the Township website at www.fallstwp.com and posted on the entrance to the building prior to the meeting, are observed.   Members of the public are also permitted to view the meeting through a virtual format as set forth on the Township website.  Comments or questions are encouraged to be submitted in advance of the meeting to m.takita@fallstwp.com. If a member of the public would like to participate but requires assistance or accommodation, please contact the Township at m.takita@fallstwp.com or (215) 949-9001 prior to 10:00 a.m. on the day of the regularly scheduled meeting. 

The public can attend in person at the Temporary Township Building located at 450 Lincoln Highway, Fairless Hills, PA 19030 and Middletown Township Municipal Building, 3 Municipal Way, Langhorne, PA 19047, Public Meeting Room.  Members of the public are also permitted to attend and to participate in the meeting through a virtual format as set forth on the Falls Township website.  (Details to attend the virtual meeting are found below.)

Anyone desiring to participate in the Board of Supervisors meeting is encouraged to call or log into the meeting prior to the 5:30 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. start time.

If you are using this Meeting ID, you will enter a waiting room until you are admitted into the meeting. Once admitted and screened, you will be moved into a breakout room where the meeting is being held.

The meeting will be streamed on the Township’s website at www.fallstwp.com and the Township’s YouTube page. Both of those streams will be up to 30 seconds behind the meeting happening within Zoom.

The meeting will be on the Governmental Channel Comcast Channel 22 and Verizon Channel 40. This broadcast will appear in real time.

The Board of Supervisors will meet on the 4th Monday of every month at 7:00 p.m. in the Middletown Township Public Meeting room.

Board Composition

The Falls Township Board of Supervisors is a 5 member board elected at-large. Each member is elected to a 6 year term.
