Getting started
As a first step, Falls homeowners can apply to the Home Repair Program or fill out an inquiry form at habitatbucks.org/homerepair. Habitat for Humanity of Bucks County partners with skilled construction staff or licensed subcontractors to complete homeowners’ repairs. Habitat Bucks’ home repairs are financed, in part, by a grant from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Community & Economic Development.
Based on the homeowners’ qualifications and repairs needed, applicants may qualify for an interest-free, payment free loan (a lien); a minimum payment program; or a no-cost program.
