Sealed bids will be received by Falls Township, at the office of the Township Manager, Falls Township Municipal Complex, 188 Lincoln Highway, Suite 100, Fairless Hills, PA 19030, until 11:00 a.m., prevailing time, on Monday, May 24, 2021, for the provision of Cleaning Services.
Bids will be opened and read by the Township Manager, or designee, and the bid award date announced at that time. Sealed bids must be submitted on the forms provided by the Township, and shall indicate in the lower left-hand corner of the envelope as follows:

Security Deposit – All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount, in favor of the Township, in the form provided herewith, and in accordance with the bid specifications, which shall be forfeited if the bidder fails to enter into a contract with the Township of Falls after notice of the Township’s intent to award the contract to the successful bidder.
All bids must be submitted on the forms provided by the Township. These forms can be picked up in the Manager’s Office at the Falls Township Municipal Complex, 188 Lincoln Highway, Suite 100, Fairless Hills, PA 19030. These forms are available electronically. Bidders should submit a request via E-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Township reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive technical defects or any informality in Bids, and to accept or reject any part of any Bid in the best interests of the Township.
